Refund Policy for the3dmodelstore.com The following applies to any product purchased from the3dmodelstore.com: We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously and struggle to balance this concern with the nature of refunding payments for digital (and therefore copyable) products. We can't take the majority of refund requests seriously simply because such a policy would undoubtedly be abused by dishonest buyers determined to get free goods. As such, we will outline specific cases where we deem the buyer has no right to expect reimbursement: -The buyer loses the model files (although after any purchase, we will re-send any download within the first month). -The buyer fails to open the models in their chosen program/engine (the free sample models are intended to remedy this worry and are of identical format to their commercial counterparts). -The buyer is unhappy with any part of a model that was noticable or discernable from its product page (e.g a particular part of the texture was repeated in multiple areas on the model- this is discernable from views shown in the image previews). We encourage you to take time studying the high-res preview images found in the free sample download. All other instances are subject to our discretion.
